well. I'd say none of the above. My vote goes towards the Koni Sport Kit. It is an excelent setup with great spring rates, and the car looks good too. Since they're koni's with good springs, it can be as soft as your car is now, or, it can be stiff as hell. Good for daily driving AND track days.

adjustable ride height is over rated. i'd say 90% of people with adjustable coilovers alter them once when they put them in the car, and then never mess with them ever again. i'd be more worried about performance than how low i can make my car.

if you're really concerned about it though, get some koni yellows and GC's. that will give you the height adjustment with some good performance, plus koni's have a lifetime warranty. it should also save you a couple hundred bucks over most of those you are looking at.

I have Neuspeed sportlines and KYB AGX's, but if I had the money, I would of gone with the Koni and GC's.

then check these guys out...
http://www.redshiftmotorsports.com/suspension.htm

you can get this setup the setup i would get if I had to do it all over again, not that my omni powers are bad now that the lower collars have been replaced...just for $250 more, I'd go with this setup

Ground Control Coil-over Kit with Koni Sport (Yellow) Shocks for a very good price

the replacement collars are much thicker in the bottom where the old ones had broken off on a few peoples cars.

here are better details in this thread I made in the integra forum:

the one I linked you to above (redshift motorsports) is one of the cheapest prices you'll find and shipping is free on orders over $150...plus you can ask them questions, Chris was really cool when I had questions for him

yeah and from your poll above, i picked omni power as the best value of the ones you had posted as options

I've never tried the H&R cup kit, but I believe it uses a koni shock mated to an H&R spring.

Regarding the spring rates, you have to decide what you are willing to put up with for the sake of handling performance.
My Omni Power Sports are 12K(f) and 10k(r), very stiff, and it's my daily driver...I don't find it bad at all, but someone else might think that is way too stiff for a daily driver.

Regarding the koni yellow settings, I have friends that run them at different settings, again you would have to experiment to see what is the right balance for you.

as far as the pillow mounts; they are not necessary, but are helpful. Another alternative is getting the prothane bushings for your stock pillow mounts.

konis and ground controls are great

as for spring rates go with the off the shelf rates

ots rates work for 90% of people
