Default Does this manifold need relief cuts?

ok so ive never made a manifold before. and i bought this one half way finished. I just added the flange. does the head flange need relief cuts to aid in flexing or will it be fine the way it is? also im going to make a brace from the block to the turbo sense the turbo hangs out so far.

thanks

Not worth it.. barely any runner length to deal with.

are relief cuts really necessary, for manifold with longer runners.

Acually i have found that i DO need relief cuts with log manifolds but not with tubular manifolds. The reason for this is because the flange expands and pulls the T's and 90's with it.... on a tubular manifold the flange can expand but then the long tubes have some flex to them with heat allowing them to not crack.

i like the exhaust piping step out on the compressor side. I have the same thing as a ghetto rig for my edelbrock kit, connecting off the outlet to a rubber elbow. Rubber elbows don't break as often as cast aluminum ones do.

were ganna put a mushroom style airfilter where the powersteering resivor usualy is, but sense this car doesn;t have pwrsteering it will fit and i can make a shield and have a cheap cai and no water will ever get sucked up cause its almost as high as the valve cover.

where would you guys put in felief cuts at? i midaswell add some while its off the car sense it only takes like 5 mins to do with a cutting disc and angle grinder.
