Possible that ECU can have pin problem with VSS wire?

I made a couple of posts already about my speed sensor working only when it wants to. I was wondering if its possible that my pin for the vss sensor can be bad on the ECU?

clean the connector at the VSS sensor, fixes 99% of the probelms
