1.) It actually was a rebuild swap......from B18C block, pr3 head to ----->>>> built B16 block and pr3 head

2.) NO

3.) mine is chipped P06, we tried a chipped P28 too

We tried my main relay in buddies car.....his car cranked right up .....and we tried his ecu in my car still nothing. The car is OBD1, EG chassis

EDIT: also the check engine light stays on, and we cant throw a code

Either your ground is off or your ecu's not hooked up.

Check all your grounds and grind them down so its good and clean. Its a ground for sure.

I take it the motor cranks, but no fuel no spark. CEL stays on right? Sounds like the ECU fuse problem. Check under the hood 15amp fuse or 7amp fuse. I blew mine and it would not do anything but CEL steady on.

Check thermostat housing ground wires. MAKE SURE it's secure and getting grounded well.

I hope this helps.

Don't you just hate it when it turns out to be something so simple and stupid, but if feels great after its running..

sure does..... after chasing wires, replacing the starter, switching main relays, checking grounds, swaping dizzy's, checking timing, swapping ecu's.... after all that when it cranked it was nothing but smiles
