Default 88dx sohc to dohc ZC........same motor mounts?? **searched**

When you swap a zc in place of a single overhead cam doesnt it drop right into the motor mounts or do you have to buy new ones??? And what type of wiring would be involved.
thanks

P.S. Where the hell do i find the engine model on the block....such as ZC.. Or b16. the i.d.

yes you can just use your factory motor and tranny mounts. as far as wiring goes all you hace to wire is the C.A.S.- cam angle sensor.

You factory mounts will work just make sure you replace them with some fresh rubber.

The engine code is located on the front of the block left of the dip stick where the transmission mates to the block. There should be a flat spot with some letters and numbers there.
