Prices are going to vary a lot from one country to another, due to various factors like customs duties, competition, etc. So a tire price in New Zealand isn't going to necessarily be comparable to one in the United States after the currency exchange. For example, tire prices for many tires are much, much higher in Canada than in the States - not all tires, but many tires. That doesn't necessarily mean that it's a bad deal to buy them in Canada, particularly if it's difficult or expensive to get them shipped from the States.
If you still want to look up what the Hankooks sell for in the United States, you're first going to need to know what size to look up (different sizes have different prices), and then you can check Discount Tire, which is a large tire retailer in the United States that carries Hankook and shows prices on its website.
