peeling paint

is there anyway to stop paint from peeling off of my car

To my knowledge, once it's peeling there's not much you can do to stop it... Just let it peel off and get a new paint job.

You should ask the guys in the cosmetic forum...

wet sand and primer until you could get a paint job.
