can i put a gsr flywheel on my b20??

can i put a gsr flywheel on my b20??
i searched and got 3 results that didnt help
can the gsr flywheel bolt onto my B20. and then does the B20 flywheel bolt up to the gsr motor.
-i know that the B20's have that flex plate thing, but in order to have the motor with a car thats manual it would need a flywheel right? well the motor is in my car and ive been driving it since i bought it. it already had the motor in it.
-i have a guy that will trade me his act flywheel for my stock one and just want to know if his(from his gsr) will fit my motor(B20) and will mine(from my B20) fit his motor(gsr). thanx for the help.
