Default Question regarding Installing a wiring harness

I am attemping to install a wiring harness right now and i dont know wtf i am doing really. I am trying to take the old harness out without cutting it or ruining it but i cant get it out from under the runners. it looks as if its held in place by two zip strips. how can i get to them to get the harness out? Also is there a link to a page where i can see exactly how i am suppose to install the harness, i dont want to **** anything up. thx

why dont u just cut the zip strips?
its not that hard to install a wire harness...just pay attention to each plug that u are taking out...what i do is write the color of the plug down...then to what part it goes to...and the color of the wires....u can even draw a crappy pic of the motor and label each plug by number and draw where it goes...this is what i did...should be super easy....

i couldn't get to it cuz it was under the runners, but i just got pissed and yanked it out and got the new wires in and got it all hooked up, my performance is soooo much better now that i have a MAP sensor in.
