where is the jumper to find out the codes that are throwing the check engine light on. Its not that same as my civic. So please help me out guys!

The problem that is accuring is when im going the spedo will jump like 20-40 mph on the dash and sometimes the engine wants to downshift and go along with this? whats wrong VSS???

there is the blue one under your glove box. its up there

or if your asking for the one to read the digital meter
its under your ash tray under the radio

 

97 is OBDII go to autozone they will read the code for free
