Retrofitting HID's in Ek's

Ok ive done a search but couldnt find much

any1 has done it on EK plz post up, and if u did step by steps to do it, plz post them up aswell

http://www.hidplanet.com should have plenty of threads regarding retrofits in honda's

But I remember seeing a thread not so long ago on this forum but I couldn't find it for you.
