Yoko 032R vs. Falken Azenis
If you're looking for a long lasting, nominally high performance street tire (that won't chunk on the track), then get the Azenis since you can't beat them for the price.
If you're looking for the best DOT tire (that I've tried) that you can drive on the street and then usen on the track, ante up and get the 032R's. Ed

My friend works for discount tire. He checked the wharehouse where he can get Falkens from. This is what he learned.
The azenis were never mass produced. They were on the market long before they got popular. All of a sudden they blew up. Well, Falken has 3 tires new tires coming out and still has no plans to mass produce the azenis. The azenis are on backorder from discount tires. That list is 80 deep. I was told goodluck getting them, its going to be awhile.
Anyways, this is what I was told. http://www.tires.com still quotes they have them in stock whoch is untrue. My point being for now, I dont think azenis can even be a choice unless you want to wait. hth, or make an *** of myself.

Just got my America's/discount tire store (one of my sponsors) to get me a set of the azenis for the S2k will pick up in 2 days.
i know they're hard to get in some sizes but others are readily available.
-fais who agrees w/ Ed's conclusion

advan only have ss,s,m,mh and h compounds....the "R" on a032r is not the compound...the US version is the "H" comp. which is on the side wall if the tire. Japan has the a032rs and the a048 which they offer in "SS" super soft...."S" soft..."H" hard....you get the picture..... just to clear things up..other tire co. use a different rating system....it's not a set standard like tire size.
