yeah...i've only had the car 2 months, and on the way home from a long *** day, i came into a curve way too hot, lift-throttled and it went wide. hit a pole, rotated clockwise and bent the left rear wheel under the car about 45 degrees. it's probably toast. i'm a ******* moron. on the plus side, no ticket, no dmv report, no dui, i'm ok, nobody got hurt, and no damage to anything else. my only punishment is my car is fucked up. i am one lucky ****! AND, i might buy an 88 lude for 1500 tomorrow. so i guess i'm in about as good shape as i could be. if only my girl weren't out of town....

i took pics, i'll post em tonight. i thought about it, the car might survive. bumper and rad. support are toast, left rear wheel is toast, so the control arm(s) are probably toast as well, hoods is destroyed, but beyond that the car might make it. my guy at the body shop will tell me in a couple days

What did you find out? Was the frame bent?

 

so the guy says...but i want to see for myself. i'm gonna check it out tomorrow or the next day. i've had to change the background on my computer, my work computer, and my phone cuz it makes me sad every time i see a picture of my once-beautiful gsr.

damn you JUST got this car too i remember when you first posted.. sigh... shiouldnt have been going to fast man.. same thing almost happen to me yesterday went on a turn too fast red light and cars stop good thing my ABS kicked in it went CLUNK CLUNK CLUNK CLUNK. whew

 

yeah...i was just hyped up on driving the new si, it was late, a little drunk...stupid stupid stupid. just me being a dumbfuck, it's my own damn fault. now i just need to find a hatch.
