It'll work in 2005 Ford F350's only. My Dad has one with a B18C5.

Go buy the '05 F350 and let us know how it goes...

none, if im correct the bseries motor spins the other way if you are trying to make it rwd. sooo f20c. or a k with a s2000 trans
