Default Need Drag car Opinions/ suggestions?

I just bouth a 91 Honda CRX drag car. Fiber glass front end. Roll cage. Fiber glass hatch. Needs windows. Motor and all that good stuff. I'll have pics up on here of it here sometime. Anyways I was wondering what kinda builds people have done in these. I am looking into an all motor nitrous car. And something else I'm confused about. In these drag cars you don't need any wiring like under the dash and stuff because there won't be any gauge cluster in it? I was thinking about that because there will just be a loose chassis plug on the engine harness just sitting there. Is it that simple or does there need to be more stuff done? I know you'll have to wire up some ignition stuff I'm sure. Push start button or whatnot. I'm going to dedicate myself to building this car because it's what I want to do so bad. So any suggestions and Opinions I'd appreciate so much.

i'm building pretty much the same car as you and started with no wiring what so ever.......i got a custom wiring harness from blown90hatch here on HT. it elimates the cabin harness completely with the exception of everything going to the ecu. wasn't cheap, but i absolutely HATE wiring, and it elimiated a lot of hassle for me.

I ripped the enitre harness out of my car, and put an 8 channel Painless Wiring System in. By far the easiest wiring I have ever done. Powers my lights, fuel pump, alt., AEM ignition, AEM EMS, and a toggle for the starter. I think I paid 250 for the system.

i had spoken to locash when i was looking for a harness, and they seemed like real stand-up guys. however, i paid a good bit less going with Jason/Blown90Hatch.

he gets my wiring jobs for as long as he wants to keep doing his thing.

I didn't know there were premade harnesses for this. I went over to a shop and these guys have this drag CRX. People on here probably heard of him. Joe Damaree. Anyways their wiring was pretty clean.
