ground controls do not use spanner wrenches. The ground controls are known for the sleeves and collars to get stuck. i say try to spray it with wd-40 and really try twisting it harder.

damn im an idiot....
i tried doing it with my hands....i put my back and my *** into it and it wouldnt budge. I guess wd40 is the next step but damn that ***** like 2bucks
