I'm 17 and I have been wanting to have this engine swap ever since I got it. Is it legal in california to swap this engine into my civic? Also, what all do I need to do to put the engine in the car if it is legal? If there are any other bigger engines that would fit farely well with not much more work let me know. Thanks.

 

as long as engine is as new or newer than your car, and you keep everything obd2, you should be ok.
