Default 99 Si Tranny syncros bad = replace them with ITR syncros?
I have a B16 tranny whose 3rd gear syncro is shot. Can I replace them with an ITR 3rd gear syncro?

Yes, If you have the option try gearspeeds carbon syncros. But to answer your question, Yes.
