I have an '88 4-speed Civic DX and I want to put on a 90-91 INtegra B18A1. I want to put 90-91 Integra front and rear discs on my car as well.
1. Besides motormounts, an ECU jumper, two halfshafts and the obvious motor, ECU, and tranny, what other misc. parts will I need? ANYTHING other than the six things I listed.
2. What shift linkage should I use?
3. Are there any Honda halfshafts that will fit onto a 88 DX with 90-91 hubs?

You will need Exhaust, and do not go with a 4-1 header cause it will interfear with the CM. Oh yeah you forgot about the mid-shaft axle.
If your gonna go with a bigger motor then you migh as well go with bigger brakes, makes sense to me. The ideal knuckles to get are the 90-91 ex knuckles, they have the right offset for the EF but the DA ones work also.
The best axle combination to use is the outer 89 teg with the shaft and the inner 90-91 teg joint. Or you can simply that by just using the 90-91 teg ones and just remove the rubber seal at the end of the axle that goes thru the hub.
The shift linkage you can use DA ones and just shorten it...exactly how many inches I am not sure. You can buy one that is already made for the swap which will cost around $120-150 new or you can go here...
