Default white smoke...need help...

Here's the story... I got a 90 Acura Integra with the b18a, waterpump went bad and now the cars been sitting for about two years, i finally got around to getting it fixed, the things ive done is replaced spark plugs, wires, timing belt, waterpump..After doing all of this the car runs fine, but white smoke still was coming out of the tail pipe..So at this time i was pretty sure it must be a bad headgasket, so i got it replaced, and now same thing. Im sure i got everything done correctly and everything was torqued down to spec. The only thing i can thing of is moisture in the cat converter from sitting two years, bad 02 sensor, because it does idle kind of funny, or bad gas that's been in the tank for over 2 years of sitting.. Anything you guys can think of that can help me get this car fixed??Im really stuck now, need some opinions? The car ran fine before everything took place, just a leaking waterpump that drained down the coolant and caused it to overheat, if that helps....thanks

Run the old gas out, just drive it for a while, and then get a can of seafoam and use that. It might clear up the problem, I just know I would try doing all that before I start taking **** apart and spending money on parts I don't need.
