Where to mount harness?

Where to mount harness?

I know this might sound like the dumbest questin but how and where would you mount seat harness with out bolting them into your back seat?

if I got a EM Racing C-pillar bar would that be strong enough?

I wouldn't mount it there. There are specific places where and where not to mount and to what degrees.. this may help where the mounting location point should be..
