reflash 03-05 accord V6 with 06 mapping?

reflash 03-05 accord V6 with 06 mapping?
It is my understanding the the HP boost of the 06 accord over the 03-05 is due only to fuel mapping. Is there anyone that we could talk to, to confirm the accuracy of this and can the 03-05 benefit from a reflash to get the extra power?
