3rd longer still
4th longer then lord of the rings trilogy
it was kinda fun to pretend it was a old GTO with a 4spd

I enjoy my 4-spd to a point, but then I noticed that I have so little hp that it isn't that fun to stir that stick!
Get a little more power and the 4spd would be fun to play with. I really enjoyed the old 4-spd in my 79 Camaro, with over 350 hp to play with, it didn't matter!

i say your archive is wrong - i actually counted the teeth on the gears and this is what they are:
1st - 39/12 = 3.25
2nd - 33/19 = 1.737
3rd - 30/31 = 0.968
4th - 28/34 = 0.824
Final Drive = 70/18 = 3.888

Tyson is correct........but what do I know about D series trannys
33/19 for 2nd? nope just a simple tooth miscount, 33/20
30/31 for 3rd? nope simple math error, 31/30
3.89 FD, possible someone swapped it in.......
Now, what is the FD of a 1988 DX CRX/Civic?
