I just finished a swat in a 89 crx si.... pr3 ecu and h motors b16 swap.. the motor runs clean and no check engine lights,,,,, but i have one problem when im driving it will pull hard and then it feels like it is runnin out of fuel... feels like the fuel pressure is falling off....... then it will pick back up.... the motor runs real strong... i figured that it is not the pump cause i have a brand new 99 si fuel pump in the tank. im stumped... it has to be the pump.... any ideas......

 

clogged filter, bad fuel lines, etc....
