Default z6 tranny into 97 coupe

ok guys...i have a 97 honda civic ex. The problem is that my tranny...has really bad bearings so i need to replace asap. I searched around and found a z6 tranny for sale...however...i know that the z6 and y8 tranny are interchangeable on the motor; howver im not 100% sure if it'll bolt right up to my chassis...any input is appreciated

the trannys ARE different internally, but bolt patterns are the same.

One bolt for the flywheel cover won't line up, the the block stiffener does the job.
