excellent condition, all tabs are accounted for. prefer to meet up as shipping these, are a pain in the butt since something usually snaps off because ups/usps/fed ex throws boxes around like nothing.

yes these are complete with bulbs, harness and all brackets.

there is 1 scratch, hairline crack that i saw when i took them out of the boxes, taking this into account, i will let it go for 110 picked up first come first serve.
