why is this happening ? sulfur on block
why is the white powderish stuff ( sulfur ) keeps apearin on my engine i cleaned it 10 times and it comes back the next day.
i scrubed it, it came back 2 days later i painted the block black, the paint went throught it and blended in with the color.
what the hell do i do

It sounds like corrosion, not sulfur. Try spraying it with a hig pressure sprayer, if you have not already done so.
