What would it take to turbo my d16?

I have a 1990 Civic Si.

I know it is a weak engine (108hp) but I am interested in turbo-charging it. What would I need? Turbo, piping/header/inter cooler, chip? Anything else. I would rather buy part by part used because I do not plan on keeping it. Can anyone give me specs on exactly what stuff I want and estimated horse power gains?

im not sure what exactly you will need but my friends turbo with a few other added bolts ons makes around 170hp

with bolt-ons......what turbo and psi?
