Im not sure if its 45' Degree or 37' Degree??

Generally that is a 45 degree double flare, made with a "flaring tool" you find at an auto parts store. (Typically auto parts stores don't carry 37 degree so if you go in and ask for a flaring tool and you'll get that one. I have a 45 and 37 degree tool available if you need one.)
The fitting is called an invert flare. 37 or 45 degree flare will work. On a compression fitting all you need to have is a solid seal around the flare. The flare itself doesn't need to be an exact measurement.
