Default TD04 16G Pic Request/Rebuild help plus some other turbo-noob questions.

Okay, I have a TD04 16G (I think) and its leaking oil from the exhaust side (not from the housing anywhere, but from where the downpipe connects to) I assume its probably a blown seal or something like that.

Can someone post a pic of a TD04 16G so I can make sure that's really what I have (Turbo only says TD04 on one spot, and 16G on another, so I assume that's what it is)

Can someone tell me where I can find a rebuild kit for a TD04?

Would burning oil cause my O2 to read rich? I got a basemap from someone with almost the same exact setup, I was going to start tuning today, but my O2 reads rich no matter what I put in the Lo Fuel cells in Uberdata.

It started w/ about 2.5 in the 1st cell, I kept lowering it until it was at 1.75. I opened the uber stock P28 and adjusted for 450cc injectors. It puts the 450s at 2.5, and I'm at 1.75 on 310cc DSM peak/hold injectors WTF!?!

Can someone help me find another vacuum source other than the one between my fuel rail and IM, and my brake master cylinder? I had my boost guage and BOV on it, but I don't think that's a strong enough source, so I put the BOV on part of the intake charge pipe that is supposed to connect to my wastegate.

I'm leaking a little oil from the backside of the block where I put in the thing for my oil feed for the turbo. I bought the kit from someone on here and I figured it was all gravy, but now I have a leaky turbo and the back of my block is leaking a bit of oil.

My plans are now to rebuild this damn turbo and figure out why the hell my O2 reads rich no matter how much fuel its being given, and get one of those missing links that goes between the block and oil filter for a good, tight, non-leaking oil feed.

I have more questions, but I'm exhausted and can't think of them right now. I did try to search, but it's down and I want to start figuring out WTF is wrong with my car so I can get a descent tune on it.

Hmm, I've seen people refer to 14 and 16G TD04's. (Not saying you're wrong, just other things I've seen)

Next setup is going to be using brand new equiptment. Being dumb and young I thought I was getting good stuff for a good deal.

I can't wait until Mase comes back to the MD area.

TD04 is usually a 14B or 15G

16 and 18 G are usually TD05's and 20G's are either TD05 or TD06

Thanks. I was under the impression it was either a 14 or 16.

I just read through Mase's tuning thread. I have a feeling I may have soaked my O2 and may need to get a new one. I think what I'm going to do with that is have the bung welded down by the cat instead of right in the turbo. The turbo has a bung for an O2, but I think its too close to the exhaust gases coming right from the motor.
