lmao.

There is no 'best suspension'. What are you trying to do with your car? Are you just trying to lower it to make it look better? Or are you actually going to go to a track and put it to use? If your just going for looks, I would suggest Ground Control coilovers with Koni shocks.

For the track, I would suggest something by Tein. I'm not familiar with Tein products but I know they're badass and definitely worth the money, oh and they're green too.

im just throwin in my 2cents, yes u need to know what u are going to be using ur car for like track or just street driving..

Skunk2 Coilover (Full Coilover )
Buddy CLub Coilover (Custom Spring Rate on one of there model)
D2 Racing Coilover (Custom Spring Rate)
Tokico Full COilover
Tein Coilover ( Wide of Different Type from Street to full out Race )
Koni Shocks with GC Coilover (slev)
Tokico Shocks with Skunk2 Coilover (slev)
JIC (I hear they Leak in some cases )
Apex-i N1 Coilover
Zeal (Nice but $$$$ )
Spoon Coilovers

the list is endless and im sure there are some in Europe that i have forgotten. But i mean u gotta read the board and see what people say. I will say Zeal Coilovers are Stiff and nice (drove a car with them on), Tokico Shocks with Skunk2 Coilover (slev) have them on my teg and they are a little hard on the back but if u want stiff u have to live with it.. Tokico Full COilover nice but a little softer then my picking of stiffness would be... Just read up on the boards u will find and then see if any of ur buddys have and get ideas im not sayin copy but get a feel for what it would feel like.. hope that helps...

Whats funny is I asked the same question in the suspension forum and was told the opposite; they basically said Koni/Ground Control for handling.

thats because those guys track their cars....and with that setup they can bring different springs with them to the track...and swap them out on the spot based on the conditions of the track

I read somewhere that Konis aren't compatible with Ground Controls on the G3. Is this true? I was looking to get that setup for my brother's '98 GS-R.

and of the absolute thousands of possible setups how does your friend have evidence proving that the ones you listed are the absolute best? **** i think that JGTC cars have the best suspension setup and its totally custom from the ground up, and those cars are actually fast, not like our hondas. so yah, what you are talking about is what we call an "opinion" the internet is full of them. from my personal experience i happen to be partial to all products made by progress auto. the coilovers are great, the springs are great, the sway bars are great. thats an opinion, everyone will tell you something different

I might get this setup for my car, Koni/Eibach pro. I'm a daily driver and heard alot of good comments on them. May you should try that too.

Koni yellows are "MY favorite" shock for the money the are great! I have used OMNI POWER sleeves and loved them. I have heard of poeple having problems with them, but I never had any problems with them. I would use them again!

To answer your? From what you have said you are just a dialy driver. If your just daily driving, not autox, not racing honda challange, then depending on the look you want I reccomned koni yellows with wither an Eibach Pro kit, or Eibach Sportlines. They are both exccelent springs, just depends on the look you are going for. I Personally feal that sportlines are 2 low for daily driving, but they look really good! I have had omni power sleeves, Eibach pro kit's, and Eibach sportlines. They are all nice and I HIGHLY recomend any of them. It just depends on what you are looking for!
