Any difference between different tuner lug nuts??????

Default Any difference between different tuner lug nuts??????

just wondering is there any physical difference between different
brand name tuner lugs???? i bought some cheap ones from autozone
just to see if they would fit with my rims but of course they didn't so
need new ones to get them on.

Lug nuts come in different sizes for different vehicles. The light weight lug nuts are made of a forged aluminum. The others, including many "tuner style" are from cast steel and are quite heavy in comparisonent, but at a fraction of the price of the aluminum. Most of our honda's run a 12mm x 1.50

there are different types of lug nuts. there are conical ones which should be used for wheels where the sitting surface of the wheels are curved. there are also flat surfaced lug nuts. there is more information about it on here. just search.

ball seat= stock honda wheels, some mercedes
conical seat= most every thing else except toyota and mitsubishi and im sure some other makes, and pretty much every after market wheel
