Here's what I do:
Go to http://www.slhondaparts.com/
Open each model in a tab or window
Compare part numbers.
From what I can tell, both gaskets are the same, but have a look for yourself, ok?

I work somewhere that has info on these things 
and yes it will fit, the specs are exactlly the same. I even printed off numbers to verify things of this nature in later projects for myself.
