straight replacing that is not that hard if u have the right tools. the problem is how bad u bent the valves. If the valves are severely bent, u might ended up sending them to machine shop and have them look at it before going to the next step. I would highly recommend to have a machine shop look at it first before u do any replacement on them

 

yep, You can't just throw in new valves. You need to go to a machine shop and get a valve job. I suggest you get all new seals and check the condition of the guids. It might be a good time to upgrade to stronger springs this way if you decide to go with bigger cams, it will be a drop-in process
