HyTech RSX headers
Here is the first prototype. There will be three versions of it. This one is the traditional tri-y, There will also be a long tube 4 into 1 and a long tube 4 into 2 into 1. They all will have slip fits like this one in the same location. It needs to be this way to get it in the car.

We are planning a big test week for all three version of this header. We will be documenting all of the data. We will even be able to tell how the ECU will be compensating for each version. Timing and fuel curves will obviously be affected but by how much is what we will learn. We are hoping that with all of our data we will be able to tell if we can reflash the ECU to coincide with the fuel and ignition requirements of each header. No more guessing if the ECU is doing the best job, we will know exactly what is happening.
do you have any way of seeing what the ECU does, besides on the dyno? i agree, the ecu is going to be a major holdback..
have you thought of trying with a piggyback system, like the aem unit, to see if it helps?

We will be monitoring oxygen content, individual cylinder temp, fuel pressure, and timing. Just like we do on the engine dyno. These four things will give us exactly what we need to know. Yes AEM, Pectel and Hondata are all pursuing piggy back type units. But they are not available yet. These will definately help in a big way.
Nice Jobe John
Looks much better than some of the stuff that I have seen over here so far and most of the one's over here inLapan jut mate up with the factory upper half and they sem to put anywhere fron 5~8hp in th upper rpm range ..I'm really looking forward to hereing how much you get off of the 3 types that you have
