Default H22 in a 88 accord

i have a 88 honda accord 4 door dx. and i wanted to drop a h22a in it, but i don't kno if it would fit.

b series would be an easier swap and yes a b series is sufficient enough to pull a 3rd gen chasis.

the third gen is a fairly light car. the b sure is enough. the problem with either is that motor mounts and axles must all be custom, along with the wiring.

there have been probably 15 abandoned h22 swaps on 3geez. they just aren't easy to put into that chassis.

hope you have lots of money for parts. swaps into these cars are spendy. moreso than other swaps with other hondas.

lots more info over on 3geez.com. give it a try and do some searching over there, looking at all of the threads in the engine swaps forum that have been for abandoned projects or people that didn't know what they were getting into and were talked out of it and into getting a more swap friendly car.
