I hear HASPORT IS MAKING MASS PRODUCTION H-SERIES MOUNTS FOR 88-91 civic,crx!!!!!!!!!!
ok guys i was talking to a few people and they told me hasport is mass producing the h-series mount to put a h-series motor in any 88-91 civic crx with out cutting the rear cross member.. i heard they should be done some time in the next 2 months. I havent comfirmed this. somebody told me it was gonna be 750 bucks for the monuts and linkage. let me know what you guys think about this

I think Hasport did the h22 crx more as a one off just to see if it works and enough bites. My thoughts are they are not that serious about making the kit. There is a lot of factors envolved. Far as the rear crossmemeber being cut for room its really close on my motor mounts. I heated my crossmember up just so I could get a lil better access on the tranny plug. I am looking into making the kit for the H22 into a 88-91 civic/crx price would be cheaper then the above Co. with full instructions. I would like to get 5 people for sure about it and I can hit the mounts on in about 2 weeks. Hit me up in 2-3 weeks.
I called Hasport about a month ago about axle questions on who to contact about the h22 crx which I was lead to raxle which for $165 shipped for each was damn good deal. The first thing out of there mouth was no no kit not out yet.

Yes, if you search you'll probably find the thread where Brian G was talking about the release of the HASport mount kit for the H22 CRX, there was even a writeup in Sport Compact Car I believe last month.
