lol. I heard their car can spank a certain silver crx that's up in NY. On a side note, they did put out 719whp this week on the new cams... they should pull some nice traps this weekend. They are scheduled to run at 4pm this afternoon.

Yea Brian was joking... I spoke to james earlier this morning. They don't run till 4. Besides... we all know John should be cutting at least 9.2's.

Thanks. I was getting ready to **** myself.

ALL MOTOR:
Left Lane: Jesus Padilla Runs 14.253/60.90, Now #2
Right Lane: George Matuszek Runs 11.199/120.77, Now #1
It's brutal outside - 94 degrees, heat index is over 107. Track temp is 150 plus right now, conditions should improve as it cools off.
Padilla lifted early, the reason not clear from here.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Left Lane: Scott Kelley Runs 11.306/120.28, Now #3
Right Lane: Shawn Hillier Runs 10.308/131.23, Now #1
This is the swan song final race for Kelley's VW, the team will debut their new Toyota in Las Vegas. Hillier runs the first ten of the weekend.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Left Lane: Angel Valentin Runs 10.642/124.25, Now #2
Right Lane: Not on File Runs 10.766/128.27, Now #3
Right lane was slow off the line, but thundered the rest of the way.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Left Lane: Adam Franzetti Runs 10.988/119.39, Now #4
Right Lane: Tony Shagday Runs 11.981/77.55, Now #7
HOT ROD:
Left Lane: Mike Crawford Runs 9.968/144.67, Now #2
Right Lane: Gary Gardella Runs 8.088/173.67, Now #1
3:28 p.m. Gardella spun hard off the line, but Crawford spun much more. 1.333 60-foot time for Gardella, Crawford's was a 1.672. Mike lifted early, the reason not clear from this vantage point.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Left Lane: Kenny Tran Runs 8.605/167.41, Now #2
Right Lane: Stephanie Eggum Runs 9.401/159.23, Now #3
Both teams took some extra time to make the sure the height on the wheelie bars was just right. This setting is very important for these cars, they make more than 1,000 horsepower and use the bars to keep the front tires from spinning too much off the starting line. Both teams got good tuning data, both runs were right down the middle of the lane, both let out the chutes at the finish line with a loud pop.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Right Lane: Ron Lummus Runs 9.840/99.20, Now #4
MODIFIED:
Left Lane: Ali Afshar Runs 9.234/153.37, Now #1
3:35 p.m. Ali's car has had a lot of work done to it since the last race, it sits much lower than before. He staged the car with no burnout, rolled it out easy in first gear, then put the hammer down. the fuel map sounds a little "off" the car was popping at the top of each gear, then bogged a little after the gear change.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Right Lane: Carlos Perez Runs 8.968/131.29, Now #1
Perez was off the loud pedal a little early after he started skating around at the top end.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Right Lane: Ken Scheepers Runs 9.037/152.54, Now #2
Wogga Wogga WOGGA! Scheepers Mazda Banana made that sound during all five gear changes.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Left Lane: Luis Ferrer Jr Runs 24.260/28.70, Now #4
Ferrer jumped up on the left tire and hooked toward the centerline. He wrecked this car here at Moroso about 2 months ago, it looks like something is still not right with the car.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Left Lane: Justin Humphreys Runs 9.439/105.93, Now #5
Right Lane: Paul Efantis Runs 8.649/118.04, Now #1
PRO FRONT WHEEL DRIVE:
Right Lane: Shaun Carlson Runs 8.046/188.20, Now
I don't have anything from Pro Rear Wheel drive right now.

PRO REAR WHEEL DRIVE:
Vinny Ten is BACK!!!
Left Lane: Vinny Ten Runs 9.582/24.58, Now #3
Right Lane: Chanito Vasquez Runs 8.305/134.28, Now #2
3:50 p.m. Ten's 350Z is dayglow orange, a beautiful car. He drove thru a TON of tire shake off the line, the cupped marks on the track surface can clearly be seen till well past the Christmas tree.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Left Lane: Henry Garcia Runs 7.742/174.08, Now #2
Right Lane: Vince Fourcade Runs 7.558/187.38, Now #1
Garcia had a puff of smoke in the shutdown area, both drivers had their hands full, there was a lot of shaking and skating going on! The track is dry, so we move on to the next pair.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Left Lane: Matt Scranton Runs 7.300/200.00, Now #0
Right Lane: Ara Arslanian Runs 9.727/97.81, Now #2
Wow! Scranton had his hands full, but carded the first 200 mph pass of the weekend. Ara almost never lifts off the gas, but had to when he got very close to the centerline.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Left Lane: Stephan Papadakis Runs 13.381/66.63, Now #9
Right Lane: Brad Personett Runs 12.109/73.27, Now #8
Papadakis let the clutch out, shook toward the line and lifted, Personett rowed thru two gears and called it off, both cars were a little setup a little agressive for the current conditions.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Left Lane: Matt Hartford Runs 8.653/167.78, Now #5
Hartford shook and pedaled, the run was good enough to get into the middle of the field. 4:03 p.m.
