What year of car. The 90-93 accords are terrible at this problem and may be tranny related. Although my 89 se-i does this only at a stop with steering wheel shake. I have not looked into it as I am doing a 5 sp swap soon and will probably replace engine mounts as well. But its the wifes car so I am still happy.

like it was advised chk motor mounts ,,especially the rear and especially if it is auto tranny , also make sure u get vaccum at the rear motor mount diaphram when idle is 750 or below .... a good way to chk rear mount if put a floor jack under tranny and slowly raise car while watching rear mount ,if broken u can see the mount pull apart , as for the frt mount just look to see if broken . pull back the rubber flap and look at mount , the top part is the 1 that brakes on frt mounts ..
