Default Going to check out a bike tomorrow

So I'm asking all my H-T buddies and e-mechanics to tell me what I need to look for. It's a 92 ZX-6R, 30k on the bike, 10k on the engine, was swapped before the previous owner but he's never had any problems and I know him so I trust him enough to not screw me. He had it looked at last week and the only problems were "a bushing in the sprocket that absorbs shock when you shift is wearing out but not worn yet" and the chain needs to be tightened.
It's been down once at a standstill but overall looks decent. Kevlar brake and clutch lines and aftermarket rims. He's including a magnetic tank bag and a rear seat canvas net........thingy. My dad used to ride and my friends Luke rides and they're both coming with me to check it out. If all goes well, he's asking $2,000 and I can take it home tomorrow. Anything else I need to look for?? Thanks in advance guys.

Looks like you got a pretty good team, I am sure the bike will fit your expectations.

Sounds like a decent price. See if he will come down a couple hundred, so you can use that money to make any repairs, with a 13yo bike problems can come up.

I always like to look under the rear tail good for alot of melted rubber thrown up, Lets you know if it has been used to burnout alot, not bad in itself but can let you know the bike may have been abused.

Yeah personally I think that price is a little steep...good luck if you end up with it...

I'm so hooked its insane, I just got back from an hour an a half ride when I got off work with my friend Luke down by the ocean, around farm country, then through town. I now have a new appreciation for living in a small town. I love it, pics will be up soon.

The cush drives in alot of Kwaks go south. They are not that much to replace. If i remember you can fit a later cush drive, or check out a slipper clutch, or ask around on a race site.
