I really don't think there is anything wrong with the numbers he's got, a stock ls would never make 140whp on a mustang dyno. The motor itself is rated at 140hp at the flywheel not at the wheels from the factory.
I say put the car on a dynojet and you'll c the power jump!

so there is nothing wrong, because i even thought that i would make about 170 wheel horsepower, the guy at the shop said that 145 is normal for the psi iam running

4.5psi isnt even worth having a turbo setup in my opinion... double digits or go home

good thing im at 11psi
as 12sec civ said earlier, go back over your pipes, especially the couplers and make sure they arent leaking. one of my friends was set to boost 10 psi, but he was only seeing about 4 to the motor because the coupler on his throttle body was broken on the bottom and had a huge hole in it

Just FYI, I had a 91 Integra witha shitty *** Gude Head package(cams, header, intake mani ported, ported head, ecu) and it made 144whp and 126 ft-lb torque back in 99(no fuel tuning either), I say definately something is wrong here my friend. Check charge pipes, make sure your turbo doesn have excessive shaft play, make sure your compression is good in all cylinders. With a 57 trim turbo you should've made at least 170 plus whp even at that boost. Check your tune too! Good luck bro.
