I have a white dx and mine came with blue interior. It's a dark blue interior and my car was originally white.

everything not maroon black yellow in some instances or dark color teal maybe has blue interior unless it is a SI...SI always come black interior... so an answer to your question yes a dx can and most likely have blue interior...
