Hey guys Im running a crx in scca's ITA and i just wana know if theres any company out there that sells closer gears for that transmission. I know there are diffs out there to make it accelerate faster. Im just looking for a set up thatd b more flexible. Yes i know its cheating but what they dont know wont hurt them. thanks in advance.

Even as a Mazda guy, I am reasonably sure I could notice a VW transmission tacked on to a CRX.

When I hit the lottery, I am buying a fleet of the cheapest cars I can find, all the same make, model etc, caging the crap out of them, putting toyos and brake pads on them, and then all of us are gonna have us some serious spec racing! 30 minute race, park on the front straight, have some gatorade, 1st place gets in the last place car, etc and off we go again.

 

Why all the hate?

Maybe he's just another guy who can't afford to keep up at the high price some of you guys have driven IT racing to.

He can only afford to be competitive by cutting corners as it were.

You should all be happy that the competitition is going to be that much tighter.

You're telling me. You have NO IDEA how much illegal **** there either still is on my car I just bought, or how much illegal **** used to be on it that came with the car as "spares." How about an Si engine with HF pistons and a deck that's milled far enough that, when combined with the fully ported and polished cylinder head also aggressively milled, produced about 11.5:1 compression! Gotta love that in an IT engine!

Door window glass & window regulators? Who needs 'em! Rear decklid wiper motor and mechanism? Scratch that bitch. The list goes on and on....
