Actually your not paying attention. Read it again...
Quickest and fastest stock turbo MR. You know, like the +$8000 model.
For those that don't know the difference:
6speed
lightweight BBS wheels
Bilstein shocks/struts
lightweight aluminum roof panel
vortex generator
graphite gray MR-only specific paint color
ACD (active center differential) all 2005's
+ heaviest of all the Evo's.
It takes 5 of 6 gears to get down the 1320 instead of the 5 speed's four.
Here are most of the records:

The one that went 10.9 is a regular evo gsr the other one claims the fastest "MR" so i guess there is some truth to the statement
lol that is like saying that someone has the fastest integra LS integra in the country and the fastest non vtec integra in the country. An EVO is and EVO

The car is a different animal, requires different tuning, has different gear ratios, different boost characteristics, requires 4 shifts and suffers severe boost dropoff due to short gearing as boost is relative to load and more load in put on longer gears. Curt Brown has massive weight reduction, lightweight brake rotors, wheels, oversized tires, standalone engine management, c16 race fuel, major headwork and porting, upgraded intake pipes, intake manifold, injectors, fuel rail, upgraded clutch and it goes on and on.
TTP-Evo MR- Stock factory ECU, Stock clutch, Stock MAF, stock injectors and fuel system less walbro pump, 93 octane fuel, stock intake piping, stock intake manifold/throttle body, stock tires/rims, suspension.
Top speed in 4th gear is 111, in GSR is about 124.
112 in an MR = about 117 in a GSR.

actually I have seen the car in person it has almost no weight taken out of it. infact it still has AC and is on true radial tires even with his new turbo. it is MAYBE 75lbs lighter than stock if it is lucky. either way it went 10.9 on a stock turbo no matter what else is done to the motor to make it flow or make power. it is still a 2.0, a stock turbo, 4g63 head, etc. on top of the fact his car was built for road racing and still runs 10's at the drag strip.
the ITR, GSR, LS have different gear ratios but all have the same ability to run times similar.
PS- I watched the car run a few weeks back on the new turbo. it went 10.2@140mph with no bottle on true street radials
edit: I am not trying to knock you and 12.1 is a good time for your mods, but you aren't the fastest by anymeans

All the Integra's have the same amount of gears. Missing a huge point. The MR community's biggest hurdle is that 5th gear reduces trap speed and E.T. but is required to even make it down the 1320. 5 speed Evo's not only don't have to shift to 5th (-0.30 e.t.) their traps are about 5mph higher for the same whp. The fact is there are large differences between the drag racing characteristics of the two and this one is the quickest and fastest MR edition (more than just a glued on emblem). Locam is not using stock turbo and is on EMS.
