Default 91 hatch b16a problems Can someone help?

ok, its a 91 civic hatch, its got a b16a in it, every once in awhile if im just driving normal not trying to accelrating to fsat it seems like it is just starving of fuel or something bogs down and dont wanna go no where, if you let of the gas and then give it gas again its just fine, or it you go 100% throtle its fine, thought it was the fuel pump put a walbro 255 in, put new fuel filter, plugs wire whole new cap.... any one got any ideas please help. Thanks

its a stock ecu i thought but stock it wasnt fuel injected so therefore it must at least have a si ecu, right? ill have to look its got the vafc runnin the vtec so the ecu is from a non vtec car (i would think) ill look go check in the morning and see what ecu it really is...

The ecu could definately be the problem. To run your car correctly you should either get the correct ecu I'm guessing pr3 or pw0 or else get someone to chip your ecu with a b16a map and keep using the vafc.

im assuming you have pm6 ecu? upgrade that **** man either pr3 or pw0.... a whole lot better fuel maps that are meant for vtec

If you are running a obd0 pwo or pr3 ecu with two 02 sensors you probably have them backwards. you can either switch the wires at the ecu or on the header itself.
