Default adjusting omnipower coilovers???

hey, i got some omnipower coilovers and theyve been on for a while, but today i tried to adjust them, and they wont budge, im trying to raise it more but the spring is to stiff against the umm.. adjuster thing i forgot the name for it. Do i have to loosen the top nut then adjust , then tighten? (just like you do when you first put it on.)

yes, pry the 2 nuts apart, then adjust, then tighten.
