Default Looking for the bearings in this pulley (pics)

Seems to me that the bearings in the following pulley are dead. The thing doesnt roll anymore. And this is the reason why the belt broke yesterday

Where could I buy such a thing?

you just need to get the bearing out, and get the inner as well as the outer diameter, than you should be able to find a place local to you. if not, i will get the phone number for a bearing place that is in my town for you.

Why not just buy a tensioner?

apparently this part is the tensionner for the a/c belt, and is also used for the vortech s/c belt.

Am I right?

Make sure you are installing it correctly! I installed the pully backwards and it wouldnt let the bearing spin, almost causing my belt to snap. Try flipping it around and running the car with it that way
