Default Ford 68MM T-body upgrade.......

This is my latest endeavor... Some say it won't work, others say it will. So, I am going to give it a shot. Free t-body, worth a shot right??

Most say the tp sensor is going to be the biggest area for concern. Both sensors use the same voltage range. I don't see an issue.

I will post back with updates...
Later IZ

funny seeing this on a Honda

pretty nice; what setup is this going into?
Even if TPS voltages are different, thats no problem, values can be changed on the program

That was actually pretty common a number of years ago--to use a large mustang throttlebody (before there were univerally large throttlebodies available) But why did you weld it directly to the manifold? Couldn't you have made an adapter? Not that I don't like the idea--I dig it very much!!

Its not welded to the manifold, there is an adapter plate on it

It is going on an h22 w/Crower stg2's, a ported/enlarged manifold and some sort of jdm header (all I know is it OLD) VAFC blah...blah..

So pretty much if there is a voltage issue. With what I have, I dont have many options to remedy the problem. Shouldnt be a problem though.....

Thanks for the comments.

Its off of a 97-98 I believe.... I found it in a huge pile of old parts at work. Not saying I am a Fred Sanford, but you got to keep the eyes peeled for cool stuff!! At a dealership its amazing the stuff that gets thrown out.

My guess is that at some point it must have been bored out....

I remember the guys car it came off of was modded pretty extensively. When I found it I held onto it for a while in case he came back for it but never did....Oh well, his loss right.
