Default Running h22 civic tomorrow. Thoughts?

Im running my h22 powered 4 dr civic at bithlo tomorrow. Im debaiting on runnig my 22 X 8 Slicks or not. When I ran with street tires ie gsr rims 195/50r15 kumho ectsta 711 tires and ran a best of 14.27 @ 98.23 with a 2.2 60ft. first gear stuck ok, but when i shifted to second gear it broke the tires loose allmost to 60mph.

im thinking the slicks will help me the most for my first to second shift. i dont want to yank it out of the hole cause i have weak axles and one wabbles somtimes on turns Cuase the clearence is so tight with the h swap. Im hopping to maybe get a 13.999999 if possible. What do you all think?

Thanks in advance.

I forgot to mention I will also be running open header for that that exra bit. I used to do it with my old setup in an accord and it was worth 1-2 mph and 2 tenths but we'll see .

I wouldnt bring a weak or woobly axle to the track, espically with slicks - asking for trouble and putting you and the person next to you in danger. Just my $.02

I say weak cause there not stage 2 or 3 axles just teg/accord axles. And the wabble when I make a tight turn witch I heard was common. How about your car any info you cam give me about placeracing or info about h22 in civic in general. all the people know with h22 civics i havent heard from in a while.

You want a better 60 foot, go to a prepped track They don't call it "Orlando SpinWorld" for nothing.

Well i know i didnt drop as much as i wanted to but for me Im happy. I rolled it out the hole so i woulden braek an axle like i said i would as stated above. If you look at my first post i stated I was more looking for the 1-2 shift tracktion.
