If youre strictly looking for a USDM B16a2 like I did at one point, you should check your local junkyards for wrecked 99-00 civic si's. My local junkyard was 3 hours away, and they shipped it to anywhere in my area for free. This would be the easiest since you can check out the facility..

You can also look for the B16a3 in the DOHC VTEC Del Sols.
